This Class will convert a variety of numbers passed as string to their long winded english couterpart. It handles currency, Decimals and percents. The range is -999,999,999,999,999 to 999,999,999,999,999. returns an error description if it occurs.

2 parameters 1.) number as a string with or without periods, commas, percent sign, negative sign OR dollar sign 2.) true or false is this currency
Assumes
Accepts these charachters 0123456789$.,%-
Code Returns
returns a string (i.e 234,false returns "Two Hundred Thirty Four"
